Physical Products

We are offer a return policy on orders of physical products within 30 days of purchase.

Please email ao@authenticorange.co to initiate your return. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and whether or not they have been used.

The original shipping costs will not be included in your refund.

Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of the items being returned and deemed in suitable condition.

Services

For services, refunds are not available on phases or modules which have already been initiated or delivered. Should you wish to cancel a service-based agreements, please find details on our Cancellation Policy page.
