We were tasked to localise the language used in collection of books that was originally published to French-speaking markets but to make it appeal to British Muslims. The content of each book was carefully reviewed to ensure it resonates with a British audience with recommendations made to language, tone, delivery and even to the illustrations themselves.

This comprehensive content overhaul was delivered in collaboration with an external SEO agency for discoverability and an Arabic partner for readability with key audiences.

Ahead of the upcoming Hajj season, we facilitated an online workshop with global internal stakeholders to plan new marketing approaches for attracting new pilgrims to the agency. We reviewed previous marketing plans, aligned objectives for attracting pilgrims, and discussed how to educate audiences on booking their Hajj pilgrimage. The session results were then summarised in an action-focused deck shared with all parties.
