Physical Products

If after you make an order for a physical product from Authentic Orange, and you choose to cancel your order BEFORE you have been notified that the item has left our warehouse and started its journey to you then you must email ao@authenticorange.co to cancel your order. Please include your order number and confirmation of your wish to cancel.

If, however your items have left our warehouse and are on their way to you – which you will have been informed about via an e-mail notification from Authentic Orange – the item is deemed to have been shipped and you can request a refund. Details are listed on our Refund Policy page.

Services

For services, agreements may be cancelled by either partner with 30 days written notice sent via e-mail.

Service-based agreements will be split into phases or modules with associated payments according to project milestones and deliverables.

Should an agreement be cancelled before the full completion of a project, any service fees paid towards phases or models already completed are non-refundable.
